Plusssz Ashwagandha 100% Harmonia Complex contains: as much as 600 mg of ashwagandha root extract in the recommended daily dose. Ashwagandha supports the body's resistance to stress, contributes to maintaining emotional balance and helps maintain good mental and physical well-being. In addition, the product contains: magnesium, coenzyme Q10 and vitamins C, E and as many as 8 vitamins from the B group, including a high dose - 200% RWS of vitamins B6 and B12, which contribute to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Vitamin, mineral and other active ingredients content in the recommended daily dose – two tablets (% of daily Reference Intake Values – for adults):
Acidity regulator: citric acid; bulking agent: sorbitols; acidity regulator: sodium carbonates; ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera); magnesium salts of citric acid; magnesium carbonate; vitamins (L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin); flavourings; natural flavour; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol; sweeteners: cyclamates, saccharins; red beetroot juice concentrate powder; colour: riboflavins; coenzyme Q10; mango juice powder – 0.1%.
Dissolve one tablet in a glass (200 ml) of cold water.
It is recommended to consume 2 tablets daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
The product should not be consumed in the case of taking sedative, sleep-inducing or antiepileptic drugs, do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
